Graham Briggs, PE, PMP
Director of Program Management and Project Controls

Graham is the Director of Program Management and Project Controls. Graham has experience effectively overseeing teams and projects within the public and private sectors from large-scale, mega projects to small, quick turnaround efforts.

 

He is skilled in formulating and deploying program and project management information system (PMIS) tools and database dashboards, project controls methodologies, project planning, scheduling, forecasting  and risk management and performance monitoring and reporting using the latest technologies, across diverse industries such as transit/transportation, equipment manufacturing, energy sectors, and pioneering life science companies.

 

Throughout his career, Graham’s efforts have focused on enhancing project management and process improvement protocols to streamline operations, diminish inefficiencies, enhance technical acumen among staff, and optimize performance across all project phases. He has a strategic mindset to drive growth and excellence across diverse projects with a focus on client satisfaction.
