Danny DeFreitas is a Project Engineer who has completed projects related to sustainability and risk management for construction projects. He is skilled in software and programs that support engineering design and construction management. Danny contributes to development and transportation projects at all stages. On a day-to-day basis, Danny coordinates document control, tracks project schedules and budgets, reviews design and acquisition plans, and manages property on behalf of the client. He also coordinates title reviews, appraisals, review appraisals, and meets with property owners throughout the real estate acquisition process.
