Mr. Midkiff has over eight (8) years of real estate acquisition experience, including drafting and negotiating contracts, conducting research, providing planning and mapping, and performing property valuations.

As a ROW Agent, his responsibilities include assisting the agencies with the private property acquisitions with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders. Forms of real estate transactions include full and partial fee acquisitions and license agreements. Mr. Midkiff reviews engineering plans, titles, appraisals and review appraisals to identify potential land taking issues.

He meets with property owners, conducts field reviews and makes recommendations for land acquisition areas/square footages. He also monitors and maintains a real estate tracking system and schedules for properties and attends public meetings on behalf of the client.
