A Fortune 500, multinational infrastructure consulting firm and one of the world's largest premier engineering and design corporations engaged RND to conduct a comprehensive economic impact analysis to evaluate the potential benefits of a proposed development initiative in Quincy, MA. The engagement will projected job creation, tax revenue generation, and broader economic impacts at the local levels. RND assessed the municipality’s competitive positioning relative to peer communities by examining key market, workforce, infrastructure, and business attraction factors. In addition, the project evaluated and recommended public-private partnership (P3) structures to support project implementation, financing, and long-term sustainability.
