Brian Craig

Assistant Project Manager

Brian Craig is an assistant project manager for RND. Brian’s responsibilities include tracking and monitoring the status of parcels in the real estate acquisition process as well as coordinating between title examiners, appraisers and review appraisers. Brian is the point of contact for all things property management related at RND. He coordinates field inspections and ensures that all invoices from subcontractors and utility companies are paid in a timely fashion. He also supports the engineering team by reviewing track plans and acquisition plans for accuracy.


Brian also serves as a business marketing specialist for RND responding to client requests for information, qualifications, and proposals (RFI’s, RFQ’s, RFP’s) as a subconsultant. In addition he coordinates with the marketing team in assembling project proposals as a prime consultant.
