Brian Craig is a project manager with over six years’ experience working on public, private, and P3 transportation and development projects. Brian coordinates document control, establishes and tracks project schedules and budgets, reviews design and acquisition plans, coordinates utility force account agreements, and interfaces directly with the client to identify project risks. Brian is well versed across many project disciplines allowing him to identify project risks and opportunities for improvement early on in the project lifecycle.
