Rose combines over 30 years of commercial valuation experience with a background in city planning to provide strategic advice and practical solutions for complex real estate matters. She holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and Urban Planning from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University, has achieved the highest appraisal designation, Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a Member of the American Planning Association. Rose has played an invaluable role in the planning and development of numerous public and private projects and has assisted municipalities, state agencies, developers, and transportation organizations. In addition to her role at RND Consultants, Inc., Rose is the president and owner of RP Realty Advisors, a real estate valuation and consulting firm with offices in Boston.
Samples of Rose's work:
Established a Disposition Strategy for 25 surplus properties owned by Chicago Transit Authority that contained substations, vacant land and commercial buildings. Included property inspections, demographic and economic analysis, zoning ordinance and land use review, comparable sales investigation, market pricing estimates, and written presentation for the CTA Board.
Developed Market Transaction Reports for 90 non-performing assets owned by New York State Thruway Authority located on the interstate highway system. Each property was evaluated for highest and best use and revenue-generating potential.
Completed Market Rental Analyses to assist Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority with operating decisions for master leased retail space in public transit stations.
