Mary Kate Daly’s success as a project manager is built on her connected experience in the built environment around Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), as she is able to see challenges and solutions from multiple viewpoints. Her specific experience includes performing design and OPM services as a Civil Engineer in the Aviation industry, connecting design to execution during her time in the field within construction project management, and as an owner, developer, and asset manager within commercial real estate industry understanding the financial complexities of bringing a project to life while working closely with municipalities and local agencies. This experience combines both public and private facing work and builds Mary Kate’s philosophy that communication, trust, and identifying challenges and solutions early lead to the greatest partnerships and project success.
Mary Kate is a member of CREW Boston, an Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity Housing Corporation Board Member, WPI Civil Engineering Department Advisory Board Member, and Associate Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals in Norwood, MA.
